The School Committee supports the use of school facilities by community groups after normal school hours. Such use enriches the quality of life in Shrewsbury for everyone – students and adults alike. If you are interested in using one of our public school facilities please follow these guidelines.

1. Preview the document: Policies, Procedures and Regulations Governing Use of School Facilities
2. If your recognized organization fits within the policy guidelines call the Facilities Coordinator, Katie Fox at the Central Office to check for date and time availability. The telephone number is 508-841-8398.
3. Submit application for use with insurance certificate.
4. Reservation will then be made.
