Volunteers

Computer classes in MS Word 102, conducted by Dick Correia, will be held weekly from April 6 through May 18 at Shrewsbury High School. The classes, held in the afternoon are without charge and are for those who have taken MS Word 101 or equivalent.

Volunteer Mentors with experience in MS Word are needed. Please email richardcorreia2002@yahoo.com or ebaskin@th.ci.shrewsbury.ma.us if you can help.

Would you like to be a middle school greeter? A new program is starting and we need your help. Volunteer once a week for 3 hours and enjoy meeting the students and visitors to the middle school . If you prefer older students, we need 2 volunteers at the senior high. Please call to volunteer or for more information.

Receptionists are needed Wednesday and Friday afternoon at the Senior Center. If you enjoy phone work and some general office work, please call. No experience necessary.

For those currently volunteering as a receptionist, the next meeting is Wednesday February 16 at 10 am.

For new volunteers, or anyone interested in becoming a volunteer, please come to the meeting Thursday February 17 at 10am in the conference room at the Senior Center.
