What We've Done So Far

Kids Café- “The Kids Café is open on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m. and serves meals to about 150 kids each dinner. Local chefs cook nutritious meals, which are served family style on tablecloth-covered tables in the Club’s auditorium. Approximately 20 volunteers from the community, coordinated by staff members of the Boys & Girls Club, help to serve each meal. One adult sits at the head of each table, ensuring that the kids get some quality adult time along with their food.”--http://www.worcesterboysandgirls.org/KidsCafe.html

Mustard Seed- “Food stamps can help, but they do not solve the problem; 53% of the Worcester County Food Bank’s clients do not receive food stamps.”--http://www.worcesterboysandgirls.org/KidsCafe.html

The Mustard Seed is food shelter where hungry families can go to sit down and eat a hot meal.
