Welcome to the
SHS Parent Forum |
Parent Forum is a group that works directly with the principal to coordinate or support events for the staff, students and parents.
Parents can help at the high school in many ways, including with the Parent Forum group, which is basically the high school version of a PTO. One difference is that the Parent Forum does not do fundraising, which at the high school level is conducted individually by the dozens of sports teams, clubs and other activities. Instead, Parent Forum exists to keep lines of communication open between the administration and parents. We meet monthly with the principal, and sponsor periodic informational or educational events for parents.
Help is always available! If you have a question or concern please email us at shsparentforum@shrewsbury.k12.ma.us and weíll get back to you.
Parents can be involved in the life of the high school in many ways:
The Parent Forum has created the SHS Parent Planner to help you stay organized throughout the school year. The Parent Forum will sell planners for $5.00 a piece at the beginning of the school year. Proceeds will allow the Parent Forum to continue to support student and parent educational events.
