to receive the bill shall not invalidate a tax or any proceedings
for enforcement of collection of the same. |

the procedure. Any abatement or adjustment would be handled by the
Assessing Office. |

I just bought a new home; when will
the tax bill come in my name? |

A new home owner form needs to be completed
for the Assessing Office so that the bill will be mailed "In
Care Of" the new owner. Also, once the deed is received form
the Registry of Deeds and the next January 1st assessment period goes
by the bill will be in the new owners name alone. |
